Order processing
rcrcrystal.com records requests for orders from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.
All requests are handled during these hours.
Order processing is only considered complete once payment for the order has been registered. Until the order is completed, the goods are kept aside.
Orders placed and processed cannot be modified, however, if the goods have not yet been dispatched, a request for modification can be made by e-mail to PLAST PACK PACKAGING Srl, which reserves the right to decide on the matter itself.
PLAST PACK PACKAGING Srl (on behalf of RCR Cristalleria Italiana S.p.A.) reserves the right to refuse an order if Banca Sella is not able to receive verification from the Customer’s bank.
PLAST PACK PACKAGING Srl (on behalf of RCR Cristalleria Italiana S.p.A.) reserves the right to refuse orders or refuse to provide services to anyone at any time.
Shipping: lead times
Pursuant to Art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the Products that are available in the warehouse will, as a rule, be delivered in the shortest possible time and in any case, approximately
- in Italy, within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of payment.
- in EU countries other than Italy
- Other States, within 20 (twenty) working days from receipt of payment.
Delivery shall be made from Monday to Friday during working hours, by means of a specialised forwarding agent, with appropriate wrapping/packaging to the recipient’s address indicated by the Customer.
The delivery terms indicated above refer to the products in our warehouses and are not binding for PLAST PACK PACKAGING Srl, which can subsequently confirm or modify them, according to its own needs.
Verification of order conformity
Upon receipt of the Products, the recipient shall verify that the Products correspond, also in number, to the Products ordered, it being understood that in the event of discrepancies between the Products delivered and the Products ordered, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Shipping: transport costs
Transport costs shall be calculated on the basis of the weight of the goods, i.e. on the basis of the weight/volume ratio and on the basis of the place of delivery of the Products, in accordance with agreements defined with the forwarding agent in charge of delivery and clearly indicated to the Customer both when purchasing the Products and in subsequent confirmation messages.
Integrity of packaging
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to inspect the package carefully before signing for it as proof of delivery.
Packages are carefully packed. If, for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with, Customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation or refuse the delivery.
In the event that the delivery is accepted with an unauthorised signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are requested to immediately contact rcr@shopcloud.it PLAST PACK PACKAGING Srl is not liable for missing or stolen/damaged shipments or their contents if the package has been accepted without reservation.
Non-delivery
If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package may be returned to the sender at the Customer’s expense.
These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer. Shipments are insured, this cover lapses upon delivery.

Free Return Policy
Return with exchange
If you have purchased one or more items and wish to exchange them you have 14 working days to do so, here is the procedure:
- Write an e-mail to rcr@shopcloud.it by including the words ‘Return Request’ in the subject line;
Clearly state the item you wish to exchange and in a maximum of 48 hours you will be contacted to begin the return procedure;
You will be notified by email of the day on which we will come to collect the returned product from the address you have provided;
Once the returned product has been collected and analysed to ensure that it is undamaged and that all its original accessory components (packaging, case, cloth and information booklet) are still present, we will email you a code with which you can proceed with the purchase again free of charge and without any additional shipping costs.
NOTES
– In case of replacement with a product of higher value you will be required to pay the difference;
– In case of replacement with a product of lower value the difference will not be refunded;
– The return with replacement of a product can only be made once.
Return without replacement

by including the words ‘Return Request’ in the subject line
Clearly state the item you wish to return and the associated order number, you will be contacted within a maximum of 48 hours to begin the return procedure
You will be notified by email of the day on which we will collect the returned product from the address you have provided.
Once we have collected the product, we will examine it to ensure that it is undamaged and that all its original accessories (packaging, case, cloth and information booklet) are present.
Upon verification of the product’s integrity (as per the General Terms and Conditions), the cost of the item(s) will be reimbursed minus the return shipping costs (flat rate of 15 euros) will be retained by PLAST PACK PACKAGING Srl
The return with or without replacement is valid only for purchases with shipment within the Italian territory.
