Last March 31, the AIBES interregional competition covering the following regions was held at the Frontemare Hotel in Rimini, Italy: Emilia Romagna,Tuscany, Marche, Abruzzo and Molise.
90 barmen and barladies competed and had the opportunity to express their creativity, technique and skill in creating innovative and high-quality cocktails.
The event, curated down to the last detail by artistic director Spiridione Ripaldi, with the collaboration of the Executive and the working group of the participating sections, was attended by outstanding guests from the world of mixology and the association’s presidency staff.
RCR participated along with other supporting companies in the event by also doing a MIXOLOGY-themed masterclass that attracted great interest from all participants.
It was a moment of education and information for everyone present, both insiders and outsiders.
The winners of the interregional competition will have the honor of entering the AIBES national final, which will be held in October 2025 aboard a Costa Crociere ship, a unique opportunity to compare themselves with the best bartenders in Italy and to represent their region in a prestigious context.
