The meeting, which was attended by industry experts and professionals, was held at the prestigious Advant NTCM Studio in Milan.

The event was a useful opportunity for discussion and on how human resources can become a key element in business development strategy.
RCR CEO Roberto Pierucci, reiterated the importance of investing in human resources considered as the very engine of change and innovation within each business reality. Two key topics that RCR places at the center of its business strategy were also mentioned and discussed in depth: the TUNC and the “Talent Mill.” Both topics were received with great enthusiasm and interest by the participants, who showed particular appreciation for RCR’s concrete and forward-looking vision made up of sharing moments, internal projects and activities designed to get together and learn more about each other.
The panel discussion highlighted how HR today is no longer just a support department, but a living system, capable of fluidly connecting business strategy with day-to-day operations. This system must be able to translate vision into concrete actions, promoting a corporate culture that values people and stimulates their potential, creating a virtuous circle that positively impacts everything else. Our company will continue to follow this dynamic and strategic approach, with the goal of making HR a key lever for the development of the overall organization.
