The first courses focus on one of RCR’s most cherished subjects: Quality, based on the principle that “Spreading the culture of quality means sharing a virtuous style and creating a bridge to the future.” With this idea, the initial modules were launched in recent months, targeting office and production staff.
The Quality course is led by Carlo Bennati, Technical Director, a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the field. He is a deep expert in the Lean approach and possesses a strong personality that fosters collaboration and facilitates others’ work. The various modules include both theoretical and practical components, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the production process. This ambitious and forward-looking project aims to bring employees into the factory to experience firsthand the flexibility, originality, and dedication that define it.
RCR’s production process is characterized by total vertical integration, encompassing everything from product design to in-house mold creation, packaging, and shipping, along with crucial quality control stages. Having everything in-house reflects a virtuous concept of “doing business,” which means creating uniqueness, adding value, and dignifying the people who interact with the company, whether directly as workers or indirectly as consumers.
The RCR Academy aims to provide training and safeguard the uniqueness of its products while maintaining high standards of Quality in relationships between colleagues and toward the company. This, in turn, increases motivation, a sense of belonging, and professional preparation.
In the coming months, the study program will continue with internal instructors, addressing topics such as:
- Production processes
- The role of machine operators
- The value of LUXION®
- Business strategy
- Marketing fundamentals
- Communicating RCR
The RCR Academy contributes to the personal growth of employees, fostering culture and encouraging awareness.
