MIXOLOGY DAY RCR da KASANOVA MILANO

The event, which will also reach the rest of Italy, sees the extraordinary participation of Drink Artist Danny del Monaco, RCR Brand Ambassador, who shares secrets and tips for making perfect cocktails with all participants.
Mixology Day is the format created by RCR with the aim of presenting news in the Mixology world to operators, partners and enthusiasts, from the most important mixing techniques, to new trends, up to the recipes of the most famous drinks and their history. But it is also an opportunity to show and illustrate the various types of use of the individual products linked to the creation of cocktails, glasses and glasses included.
The event intends to confirm the positioning of RCR Cristalleria Italiana in the world of mixology products, presenting its innovations in terms of materials, including Luxion®, the superior sound glass patented by RCR and 100% recyclable. This material ensures quality performance, linked to sound, transparency, brilliance and resistance, making RCR products the ideal choice for cocktail lovers.
Danny Del Monaco, RCR Brand Ambassador, has been collaborating with the Colle Val d'Elsa company for more than 10 years, accompanying it on initiatives, events and training days around Italy. His experience and his passion for the art of mixing made the event a unique opportunity for enthusiasts and non-aficionados alike.
Thanks to training sessions and practical demonstrations by drink artist Danny del Monaco, participants can learn not only mixing techniques and discover new cocktail recipes, but also understand the importance of choosing the right products to present.
For the occasion, RCR Cristalleria Italiana presented a selection of high quality products, perfect for creating extraordinary cocktails. These are the DOF glass, the Balloon Goblet, the Martini and the CH cup from the Melodia collection.

The RCR Mixology Day has already stopped in Turin in March and in Milan, both at the Kasanova stores. New dates are planned throughout the country in the coming weeks, including with new partners.

DOING GOOD FOR PEOPLE AND THE ENVIRONMENT IS GOOD FOR BUSINESS

Starting from this key concept, which is now part of the RCR DNA, all our commitment to achieving an even greater objective that we have set ourselves as belonging to a community is highlighted.
This goal is called AGENDA 2030.

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is an action program signed on 25 September 2015 in New York by the governments of 193 UN member countries, including Italy. The final document, adopted at the end of the Summit, is based on five key concepts, represented by the 5 "Ps":

1. People. Eliminate hunger and poverty in all its forms, guarantee dignity and equality.

2. Prosperity. Ensuring prosperous and full lives, ensuring prosperous and full lives in harmony with nature.

3. Peace. Promote peaceful, just and inclusive societies.
4. Partnerships. Implement the Agenda through strong partnerships.

5. Planet. Protect the planet's natural resources and climate for future generations.

The global agenda also defines the 17 Sustainable Development Goals to be achieved by 2030, divided into 169 targets, to be followed to lead us towards a more sustainable path.
The 2030 Agenda brings with it a great innovation to which our company feels particularly linked: for the first time a clear judgment is expressed on the unsustainability of the current development model, not only on an environmental level, but also on an economic one and social, thus definitively overcoming the idea that sustainability is solely an environmental issue and affirming an integrated vision of the different dimensions of development.

Here are the 17 sustainable development goals:

1. End all forms of poverty in the world;

2. End hunger, achieve food security, improve nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture;

3. Ensure health and well-being for all at all ages;

4. Provide quality, equitable and inclusive education and lifelong learning opportunities for all;

5. Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls;

6. Guarantee the availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation facilities for all;

7. Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy systems for all;

8. Encourage long-lasting, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all;

9. Build a resilient infrastructure and promote innovation and fair, responsible and sustainable industrialization;

10. Reduce inequality between and within nations;

11. Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, durable and sustainable;

12. Guarantee sustainable production and consumption models;

13. Promote actions, at all levels, to combat climate change;

14. Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development;

15. Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of the Earth's ecosystem, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, halt and reverse land degradation and halt the loss of biological diversity;

16. Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, guarantee access to justice for all and create effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels;

17. Strengthen implementation tools and renew the global partnership for sustainable development.

Wine&Siena 2024

Lo scorso weekend, dal 27 al 29 gennaio, si è svolta la nona edizione del Wine&Siena 2024, appuntamento enologico immancabile, al quale RCR ha preso parte come ogni anno in qualità di sponsor tecnico.

Wine&Siena è un evento di grande prestigio che celebra la tradizione vinicola ed enogastronomica di Siena e dell’Italia ospitando produttori da tutto il territorio nazionale. 120 espositori presenti e oltre 500 prodotti in degustazione.

Our Universum glass was the real protagonist used during tastings, tastings, seminars and masterclasses.

Over the course of the three days, 2,500 people were registered, including visitors, accredited journalists and sector operators.

Each of them was able to live the experience within a unique journey characterized by fascinating locations such as the Palazzo Comunale, the Grand Hotel Continental Siena Starhotels Collezione and the Santa Maria della Scala.

Il Wine&Siena apre da anni la stagione fieristica enologica ed enogastronomica che si concluderà con il Merano Wine Festival fissato dall’8 al 12 novembre 2024.

The next edition, which will celebrate the tenth anniversary, will be held from 25 to 27 January 2025.
