Graphic Designer
Description
RCR Cristalleria Italiana SpA, with a view to expanding the Marketing department, is looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for:
- Design and implement graphic identity communication campaigns from a conceptual and creative point of view;
- Graphic creation, updating and final packaging printing files;
- Sending print files to printers and managing timelines;
- Creation of catalogues;
- Graphic creation of internal and external communication materials;
- Graphics POP Materials;
- Support in the creation of corporate videos;
- Social graphics and video creation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Design, Graphics or similar;
- At least two years' experience in the role;
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and Premiere);
- Excellent knowledge of layout programs (InDesign and QuarkXPress);
- Good knowledge of the most well-known graphics and web design programs;
- Knowledge of the Office package;
- Good knowledge of the English language.
Position and salary will be commensurate with experience.

Customer service specialist
Description
For our Customer Service department we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist which will take care of:
- Relate directly with Italian and foreign customers and agents, both by telephone and electronically;
- Provide all information on prices and availability of goods;
- Receive and manage orders coming directly from customers, area managers or agents;
- Collaborate with other company departments so that orders are processed within the terms requested by the customer, evaluating and sharing any solutions to problems that may arise;
- Manage orders for gifts, samples and advertising materials for customers or agents;
- Code new customers and manage the accounts of existing customers;
- Check payment deadlines and possibly solicit overdue invoices in collaboration with the Area Managers;
- Collaborate with the administrative department to close invoices for unclear payments;
- Manage complaints and returns of goods;
- Check the commissions of agents on orders;
- Manage customer portals.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree;
- Experience of at least two years in the job or similar, preferably in structured companies;
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages will be a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
- Strong focus on results and quality of service;
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
Position and salary will be commensurate with experience.

Electrical maintenance technician - electrician
Description
With a view to expanding the Electrical Laboratory department, we are looking for an electrical maintenance technician to join the team and who will take care of the electrical maintenance of the production and auxiliary systems of the plant.
Specifically, it will deal with:
- ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities and assistance to the production line in order to guarantee the efficiency of the production plants and auxiliary plants;
- On the basis of established procedures, intervene directly in the event of breakdowns by identifying solutions with the least impact on the continuity of departmental production;
- Carry out repair work, periodic, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance aimed at preventing breakdowns and anomalies.
Requirements
- Technical level education;
- Skills, even basic, on the operation of electronic, electrotechnical (BT and MT) and pneumatic plants, systems and machinery;
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams;
- Strong autonomy, ability to work in a team, analysis and problem solving complete the profile.

For our production department we are looking for a machine operator who will work on automatic machines and will be responsible for:
• use and adjustment of the machine supplied;
• guarantee the assigned production according to specific qualitative and quantitative standards;
• machine supervision and quality control of the processed material.
